Nantucket weather is not always cooperative. Scheduled work may be rescheduled due to storms, high winds, frozen ground, or other conditions outside our control. We'll communicate delays as early as possible and reschedule promptly once conditions allow.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your estimate or contract. Recurring maintenance is billed on the schedule agreed at signup. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing services until the account is current.
5. Site Access & Conditions
Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose known hazards (buried lines, septic systems, fencing not shown on a survey, etc.) before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities.
6. Warranties & Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and will address genuine installation defects reported within a reasonable time. Living plant material is inherently variable; we do not guarantee survival of plantings affected by extreme weather, drought, salt intrusion beyond normal exposure, pests, or lack of agreed-upon maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
